Our food philosophy

At Minne, we focus on the harmony between fine wines and food, and on the quality of our ingredients. We serve relaxed tapas-style dishes and charcuterie boards to enjoy with wine, as well as carefully designed three-course dinners. Every dish is prepared from scratch in our kitchen under the direction of Head Chef Antti Isoniemelä. Skill and a genuine love of food are evident in every plate we serve.

Our menu is inspired especially by the flavours of the Nordic region, complemented by refined French influences. The finest seasonal ingredients, sourced responsibly, are an essential part of our philosophy.
